I have been a part of WAC since its beginning in 2007. I believe in WAC's mission of "inclusion breeds individuality".  As a strong supporter of women's empowerment, I am proud to be part of a positive, supportive and inclusive community of women.

​​Walk in the front door and Alena's engaging smile will greet you. If she isn't wiping down machines or sweeping, she is balancing the books!  This woman is industrious!

       Flip-flops are for the beach!

* 30 minute limit on cardio machines

  when other members are waiting.
