At Women’s Athletic Club, we keep our classes fun, energizing, and accessible for all fitness levels. Whether you’re here to stretch, strengthen, or dance, our weekly schedule and private training options give you the flexibility to move your way.

 With limited membership, our group classes are smaller for a more personalized experience.

Tuesdays – Full Body Strength & Cardio (with Alice)

Thursdays – Movin’ & Grovin’ Dance for All! (with Khadijah)

Wednesdays – Midweek Stretch Break (with Ari)

Thursdays – Movin’ & Grovin’ Dance for All! (with Khadijah)

5:30 PM – 6:00 PM


Take a midweek pause with guided stretches to restore energy and flexibility.
