What is Personal Training

Personal training sessions at Women's Athletic Club are one-on-one or small group (up to 4 people), lasting 30–90 minutes.  Each session is designed around your specific goals whether you are a beginner or striving to get to the next level.

Cost

 Sessions range from $45–$100. Your trainer will help determine the best plan for your success.
